Kharena and Dr. Danisha McCall, a Neonatologist and DEI thought leader, co-created a health equity curriculum that Dr. McCall delivers to medical Residents in the Deaconess Family Medicine Residency Program in Evansville, IN. The program content has received extensive positive feedback from participants and faculty.

Hooky Wellness founder and visionary, Erayna Sargent, needed support in the execution of new programming as her business growth pulled her attention to leading and closing the big deals. Kharena has been able to create solutions and build infrastructure to support the expansion taking place.

As COO at Inclusion Score, Kharena manages the company's educational arm. In 2022, 130 professionals were certified in our team's program at The University of Georgia. Several DEI continuing education programs were launched across the country and we are slated to partner with French and South African institutions in 2023.
